Key responsibilities: Consult, train, and mentor client teams to improve profitability. Use web‑based technology to monitor client progress and identify improvement opportunities. Create customized video training materials. Conduct video conference calls and maintain a professional image while working remotely. Qualifications: At least five years of senior service department management experience with proven CSI and factory certification results. Integrity and strong work ethic suitable for a work‑from‑home environment. Private home office with high‑speed internet and video‑conferencing capability. Excellent people and communication skills for technical and non‑technical audiences nationwide.
