Actual pay depends on specialty, experience, schedule and job duties What You’ll Do Deliver outstanding customer service to patients, providers, pharmacies, and pharmaceutical partners Process medication refill requests and prior authorizations accurately through the EMR Assist patients with enrollment in pharmaceutical assistance programs Track, monitor, and manage on-site medication samples Build strong working relationships with pharmaceutical representatives Respond to pharmacy inquiries regarding prescriptions, refills, and medication interactions Handle patient calls related to medication questions, concerns, and provider messages Support physicians and office managers with administrative tasks as needed What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent required Active Pharmacy Technician license in good standing Strong understanding of pharmaceutical concepts, medical terminology, and insurance payor requirements Excellent communication skills with a patient-first mindset Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment Flexibility to travel to satellite locations as needed Join the Bayview Team At Bayview Physicians Group, your expertise plays a vital role in delivering safe, effective, and compassionate care.
