Assist in the preparation, review, and filing of a wide range of legal documents, including pleadings, agreements, and court filings. 2. Conduct comprehensive legal research to support litigation and transactional practices. 3. Ensure legal compliance across all corporate operations. 4. Review and negotiate contracts, ensuring they meet the company's standards and legal requirements. 5. Maintain an organized and up-to-date document management system. 6.
