Responsibilities (What I Handle For You):Scout and secure the highest-paying loads on major premium load boards.Negotiate the best line haul rates with brokers to maximize your revenue.Handle all rate confirmations, billing, and necessary broker communication.Plan highly efficient, optimized routes and keep you informed of weather or traffic delays.Assist with compliance management, lumper receipts, and detention/layover requests.
Requirements (What You Bring to the Table):Your Own Rig: Must own or lease a reliable semi-truck, power unit, or commercial vehicle.Valid CDL: Active Commercial Driver's License (Class A) in good standing.Clean Record: Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and the ability to pass safety screenings.Insurance: Active and valid auto and cargo liability insurance.Drive: A strong work ethic, a reliable electronic logging device (ELD) setup, and a readiness to hit the road.If you are an independent driver ready to scale your trucking business without the headache of self-dispatching, let's talk.
