Key Responsibilities:Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and incoming calls, delivering a warm, professional, and memorable experience every time.Manage daily front office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, supply ordering, and vendor coordination.Oversee client intake coordination - greeting new clients, directing inquiries to the right team members, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.Maintain an organized, welcoming, and professional reception area at all times.Support attorneys and staff with administrative tasks, including document preparation, mail management, and calendar coordination.Monitor and manage office communications (phone, email, and visitor log).Coordinate conference room scheduling and prepare for client meetings and firm events.Assist with onboarding new employees, including office tours, introductions, and administrative setup.Identify and implement improvements to front office processes and client-facing procedures.Represent CR Legal Team with professionalism, enthusiasm, and authenticity at community events, sponsorships, and firm-hosted functions.Assist with planning and executing firm events, client appreciation initiatives, and community outreach programs.Collaborate with the marketing team on social media content, including participation in photo and video content that highlights firm culture and community involvement.Develop and support a content strategy across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn that aligns with the firm's brand values and business objectives.Build and nurture relationships with referral partners, community organizations, and local businesses on behalf of the firm.Serve as an internal culture champion - fostering a positive, inclusive, and energetic work environment that reflects CR Legal Team's values.Provide on-the-ground feedback from clients and the community to help shape the firm's outreach and engagement strategies.Qualifications2+ years of experience in a front office, receptionist, office management, or client-facing role (law firm or professional services experience a plus)Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbalOutgoing, confident personality with a genuine passion for people and communityStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new software platformsProfessional, polished appearance and demeanorCertified Notary Public licenseAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information with discretionBilingual (English/Spanish) a plusWhat We OfferInclusive, diverse environment where every voice mattersProfessional development opportunities and continuing education supportCollaborative in-office work environment balanced with flexibilityCompetitive salary commensurate with experienceComprehensive medical plans, including a zero-premium HDHP option (employee-only coverage)Dental and vision coverageVirtual healthcare access for convenient careHSA and FSA options for healthcare savings401(k) with employer match to build your futureEmployer-paid long-term disability insuranceEmployer-paid basic life insurance, with additional voluntary optionsGenerous PTO and holiday scheduleEmployer-paid Employee Assistance Program for mental health and wellbeing supportEmployer-paid Benefits Assistance/Advocacy ProgramReady to Join a Winning Team?If you want to be a key player in representing the CR Legal Team brand to our clients, communities, and team members, we want to hear from you!CR Legal Team is an Equal Opportunity Employer.#CRJOBS
