Job Description
LūM Kids, LLC is the pediatric division of LūM, dedicated to treating children for airway development and sleep breathing disorders. Most of the conditions we see in adult patients started in childhood — and most went undetected for years. We're changing that. You get to be part of a child's journey toward breathing better and sleeping well. When we reach their victory, you're there to celebrate it with them.
We're growing our clinical team and looking for a Pediatric Clinical Assistant who genuinely loves working with kids.
The Role
Kids are not small adults. They need patience, warmth, and someone who knows how to make a clinical room feel less clinical. The practice moves quickly — but when your patient is 7 years old, you slow everything down. You make it safe. You make it fun when you can. Then you get it done.
You'll support comprehensive pediatric exams, handle data collection and chart documentation, assist with diagnostic technology, and work hand-in-hand with the clinical team to make every visit a good one.
