Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Certification and minimum 2+ years Surgical Tech / Operating Room Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare operating rooms with necessary instruments, supplies, and equipment according to each surgical procedure
• Maintain strict sterile techniques before, during, and after surgeries
• Assist surgeons, nurses, and anesthesia staff throughout procedures by anticipating their needs
• Properly handle and account for surgical instruments during and following each case
• Ensure accurate documentation of procedures, supply usage, and patient care
• Participate in room turnover and cleaning to maintain optimal infection control standards
• Follow all facility protocols, policies, and safety standards

Desired Qualifications:

• Current certification as a Surgical Technologist
• Demonstrated experience in operating room settings, preferably in various surgical specialties
• Solid understanding of aseptic and sterile technique
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective team collaboration
• Ability to adapt quickly to evolving situations and varying caseloads
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
