Role Overview Startup M&A Analysts support investment, strategy, and corporate development teams by analyzing acquisition opportunities, exit scenarios, and strategic transactions involving early- and growth-stage companies . The role emphasizes financial analysis, deal execution support, and market research across the startup ecosystem. Analysts work closely with partners, founders, legal advisors, and internal stakeholders throughout the transaction lifecycle—from initial screening through closing and post-deal analysis.
