What You’ll Do:

• Prospect targeted residential areas through canvassing, pre-qualify homeowners that have visible exterior damage on their homes.
• Conduct roof inspections and property evaluations on the spot while properly documenting all findings
• Learn to evaluate homeowners insurance information and discuss the option of fixing home damage via filing an insurance claim to cover the replacement
• Explain the benefit of working with a licensed public insurance adjuster
• Upsell roofing, HVAC, restoration, and solar energy options for qualified homeowners
• Utilize our CRM to track leads and measure performance
• Build lasting relationships by providing top-tier customer service and educating families on sustainable energy options.

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation and smartphone for company tools.
• Willingness to canvass door-to-door and engage with homeowners daily.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods during fieldwork.
• Must be confident climbing a ladder and walking on a roof (safety training provided)
• A positive attitude and coachable mindset for continuous learning.
