DescriptionKforce's client in Tampa, FL is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator with 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce configuration, user support, data management, reporting, and process automation, along with a basic development background to support enhancements and integrations.Key Responsibilities:* Administer and optimize the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud* Manage users, profiles, permission sets, roles, security settings, and data integrity* Build and maintain reports, dashboards, workflows, validation rules, flows, and process automation* Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement scalable Salesforce solutions* Support system integrations and assist with minor Apex, SOQL, Lightning Components, or API-related enhancements* Perform data imports, exports, cleansing, and ongoing system maintenance* Troubleshoot platform issues and provide end-user support and trainingRequirements* 7+ years of Salesforce Administration experience* Strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices, platform security, and governance* Experience with Salesforce Flow, reporting, dashboards, and data management tools* Working knowledge of Apex, SOQL, Lightning Experience, and integrations* Strong communication and stakeholder management skillsPreferred Salesforce Certifications:* Salesforce Certified Administrator* Salesforce Advanced Administrator* Salesforce Platform App Builder* Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant (preferred)* Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant (preferred)Nice to Have:* Experience with Salesforce integrations, API management, or middleware platforms* Exposure to Agile project environments* Experience supporting large enterprise Salesforce implementationsJob TypeContractCompensation42 - $47
