Position Overview:

Project Management Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of various construction projects. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The ideal candidate will work closely with project managers and team members to facilitate project success and uphold the high standards of Alta E&I. This is an in-person office position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist project managers in initial project set up.
  • Work closely with project teams, engineers, and technicians to allocate resources effectively.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment to enhance productivity and morale.

  • Prepare comprehensive project reports

  • Provide administrative support to project managers, including scheduling
  • Produce daily and weekly reports

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
  • Computer literacy – Microsoft suite
  • Excellent time management
  • Basic math skills
  • Basic writing skills
