We are seeking a driven and knowledgeable Pharmaceutical Sales Representative specializing in neurology and urology to join our growing team. This is a field-based, outside sales role focused on building strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, and healthcare providers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in pharmaceutical sales and a deep understanding of neurological and urological products. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve territory sales targets within neurology and urology segments Conduct outside sales visits to hospitals, clinics, and specialty practices Build and maintain strong relationships with neurologists, urologists, hospital staff, and key decision-makers Educate healthcare professionals on product benefits, clinical data, and proper usage Identify new business opportunities within hospital systems and specialty networks Deliver compelling product presentations and in-service trainings Stay current on industry trends, competitor products, and relevant clinical research Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and territory performance Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, medical affairs, and leadership Required Qualifications Mandatory experience in neurology and/or urology pharmaceutical sales Proven success in outside sales, particularly targeting hospitals and healthcare systems Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field Strong understanding of hospital procurement processes and healthcare systems Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Ability to travel frequently within assigned territory Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Preferred Qualifications Existing relationships with neurologists, urologists, or hospital networks Experience launching or promoting specialty pharmaceutical products Knowledge of reimbursement, formulary access, and healthcare regulations Results-driven with strong sales acumen Strategic thinking and territory management Clinical aptitude and ability to communicate complex medical information Self-motivated and able to work independently in a field-based role Field-based / outside sales role Frequent travel to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities Occasional attendance at conferences and industry events #J-18808-Ljbffr Regard Healthcare
