Front office support including patient check-in, scheduling, verifying demographics and insurance, managing referrals, collecting co-pays, and assisting with patient inquiries while supporting overall clinic workflow. Verifying appointments. They also do outreach to patients Key Responsibilities: • Answer and route calls • Manage provider schedules and appointments • Verify insurance and obtain authorizations • Support clinic flow and patient experience • Maintain accurate documentation in EHR • Assist with scanning and record maintenance

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
