Our unique "Flex-5" schedule offers the perfect balance: work a steady 40-hour week across Monday through Saturday, choose one fixed weekday off that works for you and your supervisor, and enjoy every Sunday off. Your Role on the Team As an Assembler, you are the heart of our production line. You'll work across automated stations to ensure our fuel systems meet the highest global quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Production & Assembly: Operate blow-molding equipment, remove flash from tanks, and use post-mold cooling fixtures. Quality Control: Perform visual inspections and weigh parts to ensure every product is defect-free. Tech & Troubleshooting: Use computer systems to track production data and clear minor jams or faults. Safety First: Follow Standard Work Instructions and maintain a clean, organized workstation. What We're Looking For Availability: Ability to work the 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM shift (5 days per week, including Saturdays). Reliability: A strong commitment to showing up and contributing to a fast-paced team. Attention to Detail: Precision is keyyou'll follow strict Quality Alerts and instructions.
