Job Title: Maintenance Technician



Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs on equipment. This role involves troubleshooting these systems and conducting preventative and corrective maintenance. Additionally, you will be responsible for PLC troubleshooting, including reading ladder logic and checking inputs and outputs.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs on equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
• Conduct PLC troubleshooting, including reading ladder logic and checking inputs/outputs.
• Execute preventative and corrective maintenance tasks.

Essential Skills

• 3+ years of maintenance experience, with food/GMP regulated experience as a plus.
• 3+ years of experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to problem-solve complex issues with minimal supervision.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with PLC troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with food manufacturing and GMP procedures.

Work Environment

This position is located in a food manufacturing facility where adherence to GMP procedures is essential. Employees are required to wear hair nets and beard nets as part of the dress code. Initially, the schedule will be 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., transitioning to a set schedule of 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. There may be occasional work on weekends, primarily Saturdays, with a preference for voluntary participation.

This is a Permanent position based out of NEW BERLIN, WI.

The pay range for this position is $62000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
