This Corporate (Enterprise Analytics) position will manage a team and will also be expected to contribute individually.Note* There are 2 open positions - 1 Supporting our regional properties and 1 supporting our Las Vegas properties.THE DAY-TO-DAY:Partner with marketing teams to deliver strategic insights, translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations, and optimize the allocation of marketing investments while prioritizing high-impact initiatives.Collaborate with Marketing COE Strategy leadership on A/B testing design, implementation, measurement, and reporting to drive data-informed decision-making.Lead, develop, and train a team of analysts; provide guidance on event proformas, post-event analyses, promotions, shows, customer segmentation, and marketing review presentations.Ensure consistency in tools, terminology, and methodology to establish Enterprise Analytics best practices in analysis and recommendations. Review all findings prior to presentation to business partners.Create and maintain an analytical roadmap focused on developing and monitoring KPIs that maximize marketing effectiveness and efficiency.Define business requirements and collaborate with Enterprise Reporting and external partners to ensure seamless execution and BI/IT development support.Continuously enhance analytic capabilities and expand the marketing analysis toolkit through innovation, research, and networking.Maintain close alignment with property teams through regular site visits and participation in strategy sessions.
