A private equity firm in downtown Miami is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to support its legal team and transactional activities. This role will assist with M&A transactions, legal document management, legal operations, outside counsel coordination, and general department support in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of paralegal experience, strong organizational and communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. Experience in corporate law, financial services, private equity, or investment management is preferred.
