The Catalyst Corporation is looking for energetic, outgoing individuals to join our growing team as Brand Ambassadors in the Oak Brook, IL area . This entry-level opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to gain hands-on experience in marketing, customer engagement, brand representation, and sales .
As a Brand Ambassador, you'll represent nationally recognized client brands through face-to-face interactions at retail locations, promotional events, and customer-focused campaigns throughout the area.
This is an in-person position that requires commuting to our Oak Brook office for training, meetings, and daily team operations.
What You'll DoRepresent nationally recognized client brands at retail locations, events, and promotional campaigns
Engage directly with customers in a friendly, professional, and outgoing manner
Introduce customers to client products, services, and current promotions
Answer questions and provide helpful information based on customer needs
Generate customer interest, support enrollments, and contribute to individual and team sales goals
Assist with campaign setup, execution, and daily organization
Work alongside your team to provide a positive customer experience
Develop hands-on skills in sales, marketing, customer acquisition, and brand representation
Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development
Outgoing, personable, and comfortable meeting new people
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and professional demeanor
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
Team-oriented, coachable, and eager to develop professionally
Reliable transportation and ability to commute to our Oak Brook, IL office
No previous experience required — full paid training is provided
