Our firm focuses on a variety of project types including: Commercial/Retail, Single/Multi-family Residential, Mixed Use Developments & Senior Living communities. CRITERIA:

Must be currently enrolled in an accredited architectural undergraduate or graduate program Ability to multitask and assist Project Managers, Designers, and Architects on multiple projects Prepares and modifies architectural documents, elevations, sections, details, as directed by others utilizing CAD/BIM Ability to assist with project completion with drafting & other routine architectural assignments under the supervision of one or more architects or project team members Prepares and modifies architectural documents, elevations, sections, details, as directed by others utilizing CAD/BIM Ability to assist with graphic design tasks using Photoshop Good communication, organization and collaboration skills Ability to work quickly & accurately

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Highly motivated, good team player with the ability to juggle multiple tasks, collaborate with project teams, and work efficiently to meet deadlines Ability to assist with production drawings Ability to work under supervision with proficient organizational and time management skills Proficiency with Revit AutoCAD Microsoft Office Suite Photoshop is a plus SketchUp is a plus This position is part-time, in office with some work from home flexibility.
