Warehouse Associate - Shipping/Receiving

Shift/Hours: Monday - Thursday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Possible overtime on Fridays)
Pay Rate: $17/hr.
Location: Fort Myers, Fl 
Experience: Entry level, 1-2 years

Shipping and Receiving Responsibilities and Requirements may include:

• Prepare goods for shipment by building pallets by box size, weight, and height.
• Load and unload trucks by hand and forklift.
• Load pallets of full goods onto trailers.
• Receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material.
• Operate forklift and/or pallet jack (manual or electric).
• Record shipment data, including weight, charges, and space availability.
• Complete shipping reports and create shipping documents.
• Use computer and perform data entry, as needed.
• Reports damages and discrepancies for accounting, reimbursement and record-keeping purposes.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. 
• Required attire includes steel toe boots, t-shirts, and long pants.
• Recent Shipping & Receiving experience is required.
• A background in Warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory is preferred.
• Willingness to submit to a background check and/or drug test.
• Must be a responsible and dependable individual.
