Job Description
High Level Statement of the Role: The Machine Operator (MO) is responsible for preforming various tasks to set up, operate and monitor machine operations. The MO will work with the Lead and Production Manager to provide a safe quality product
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Set up machines to start a production cycle (including but not limited to: calibration and deep cleaning)
· Controlling and adjusting machine settings throughout the shift
· Inspect parts with precision and appropriate measuring tools
· Operate in accordance with established processes, procedures and guidelines
· Observe and follow company safety rules and regulations
· Acute attention to detail, paying close attention to quality of products
· Other jobs and tasks as assigned
· Meet production goals set forth by Production Manager
· Reports to Lead for daily needs
· Tracks inventory
· Works closely with Maintenance Tech to ensure proper PM’s are performed on machinery
· Alternate breaks to ensure production goals are met
· Responsible for production reports and timely deliverance to Production Manager

· Ability to stoop, bend, squat and walk and climb on uneven surfaces

Educational
· High School Diploma, GED or higher
