Urology Physician
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: M-F + Call Pay Rate: $599000.00 - $750000.00

A large nonprofit healthcare system in the Midwest seeks a board-eligible or board-certified Urologist to join its Janesville-based team. Opportunity Highlights

· Earn a base salary of $599,000–$750,000 plus a potential $100,000 production bonus

· The incoming Urologist will enjoy a generous 12 weeks of PTO with additional paid caregiver and parental leave

· Live near Lake Michigan with easy access to Madison, Milwaukee, and Chicago

· Support H1b or J1 visa sponsorship with a preference for candidates available before 2026

· Operate with advanced robotic surgical technology in a state-of-the-art setting

· Choose a flexible schedule with 4–5 clinic or OR days based on your preference

· Join an established, growing team with 1 full-time physician, 1 NP, and locum support

· Perform 15–20 clinic visits per day and 4–7 surgical cases per OR day

· Access dedicated support from nurses, MAs, and an APP for inpatient and outpatient care

· Practice in a modern facility with both clinic and OR housed in the same location

· Practice at an accredited Level III Trauma Center and Primary Stroke Center
