The Kotlarz Group is seeking a Transaction Coordinator who can elevate the client experience while keeping operations organized and efficient. The Transaction Coordinator plays a key role in supporting agents and ensuring clients feel informed, supported, and valued throughout their real estate journey. You will be the primary point of contact for clients once they are under contract, managing communication, coordinating details, and creating a smooth, stress-free experience.

• Base Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 base salary

• Lead day-to-day client service operations
• Track timelines and ensure tasks stay on schedule
• Maintain accurate records and database systems
• Address client questions and resolve issues promptly
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments
• Identify gaps and implement service improvements

• 3+ years managing client-facing functions is preferred
• Strong organizational skills
• Comfortable using CRM
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
