Responsibilities Travel extensively (42 of 52 weeks per year) to provide direct training and/or consultation to external customers. Deliver guidance and advice to leadership and employees in the moment, responding professionally to challenges. Advise organization leadership on communication plans, Ukeru orientation, data management, equipment selection, coaching staff, managing resistance, stakeholder communication, and recognition programs. Organize and complete the Grafton Cultural Assessment at external agencies, including facilitating focus groups, meetings, policy reviews, facility tours, incident data analysis, report writing, and verbal reporting to leadership. Provide training and/or consultation to internal stakeholders, including clients’ parents. Arrange travel, prepare training sites, ensure materials are delivered, and complete post‑training paperwork. Represent Grafton and Ukeru as a brand ambassador, delivering the highest level of customer service. Assist with equipment sales by sharing knowledge and suggesting appropriate types and quantities. Offer suggestions for ongoing curriculum updates and training material development. Perform account management activities: build relationships, act as the customer representative, collect and analyze data, and stay informed on legislative changes. Maintain a designated quiet workspace when working remotely, participate in scheduled meetings with camera on, and stay connected with team members. Attend seminars, conferences, and classes to enhance knowledge in the Human Services and Performance Improvement fields. Prepare reports, correspondence, and documentation on activities, policies, and accomplishments. Perform other duties as necessary. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in the human services field. Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation. At least 1 year of direct service delivery experience (e.g., direct support professional, case manager, teacher, therapist) or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Availability and willingness to travel frequently: 42 of 52 weeks per year.
