We provide creative guidance and develop compelling content, branding, documents, training, and videos for a wide audience.ResponsibilitiesEmpower learners to excel in their roles by producing effective training materials, e-learnings, and videos (writing, filming, editing/compiling)Write and publish task-oriented help documentation for Medpace clinical trial softwarePartner with experts to gain a deep understanding of the subject matterCollaborate with other teams to simplify and visualize technical informationSkills/CharacteristicsAdvocate for learners and provide input during meetingsCare about the details and notice even small inconsistencies in language, visuals, and formatEmbrace new opportunities and balance projects as priorities changeDesire to improve our services, processes, and UX/UA/UI by integrating new technology and best practicesQualificationsBachelor's degree in instructional design, professional writing, technical communication, or related fieldAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft WordProficient knowledge of software designed for technical communication (Knowledge of these programs is a plus: Adobe Captivate, Adobe Creative Suite, Paligo)Portfolio that demonstrates your ability to develop effective learning materials for various audiencesMedpace OverviewMedpace is a full-service clinical contract research organization (CRO) providing phase l-lV clinical development services to the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and medical device industries.
