Special Education Teacher (Elementary) – $59K–$75K + Strong Support | Billerica, MA

Boothby Therapy Services is hiring a full-time Special Education Teacher for a school-based position in Billerica, Massachusetts, serving 3rd grade students .

• Provide individualized instruction to elementary students with diverse learning needs
• Develop, implement, and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Manage a student caseload , including case management responsibilities
• Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers (SLPs, OTs, PTs), and families
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports student engagement and growth
• Adapt curriculum and instruction to meet individual student needs and learning styles
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress monitoring, and compliance records
• Communicate regularly with families and school staff

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education
• Valid Massachusetts Special Education License/Endorsement (or eligibility)
• Experience supporting students with diverse learning needs
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
