Shift Lead

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

• Running the shift and keeping everything flowing smoothly

• Coaching baristas in real time (without making it weird)

• Helping new team members grow their confidence and skills

• Giving feedback, celebrating wins, and holding the standards

• Supporting speed, quality, and customer experience

• Completing prep work and operational tasks

• Managing cleaning and daily checklists

• Jumping in wherever needed when the rush gets absolutely unhinged (lol)

• Leading by example every single shift
