Description

Hiring full-time servers with a minimum of one or more year's experience in a full-service restaurant, similar senior community atmosphere, or country club environment. Must be able to work a minimum of 30 hours per week including weekends and holidays (non-negotiable). Up to $18 an hour. This position could lead to a lead server position with an hourly increase based on performance, skill, positive attitude, and dedication.

Final eligibility includes successfully passing an in-house background and drug screen test.

Qualifications

1. High school graduate or equivalent, but not necessary.
2. Must be 18 years of age or older to serve alcohol.
3. Must be able to read, write and follow written and verbal directions.
4. Must be able to relate positively and favorably to residents and families and work cooperatively with other associates.
5. Must be able to lift 20 lbs to shoulder height.
6. Must be able to push 200 lbs on a cart with casters.
