Overview

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing, well-established organization to identify a Senior Accountant to join a collaborative and high-performing accounting team. This role offers hands-on exposure to month-end close, balance sheet ownership, intercompany accounting, and cash-related initiatives, along with the opportunity to contribute to system and process improvements. The position is supported by mentorship-oriented leadership, a professional yet flexible culture, and provides a clear runway for advancement into future roles as the organization continues to expand.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and/or lead the month-end close process
• Prepare and review balance sheet and bank reconciliations
• Assist with fixed assets and related accounting activities
• Support cash management and daily cash tracking
• Handle intercompany transactions and general ledger activities
• Partner on balance sheet cleanup and process improvements
• Contribute to ongoing system and accounting process enhancements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• 3-8 years of general ledger accounting experience
• Strong reconciliation and month-end close background
• Intercompany accounting experience preferred
• Public accounting experience a plus
• ERP/system experience (Great Plains, Power BI, Concur a plus)
• Self-starter with ability to work independently in a collaborative team

Pay Details: $85,000.00 to $105,000.00 per year
