Day to Day Serve as Scrum Master for Infrastructure Console and other applications within the OpEx and Automation Services organization Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) Partner closely with Product and Engineering Managers to ensure alignment between business priorities and technical execution Drive Agile transformation, fostering a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement Track and report on delivery metrics to support data driven decisions Remove impediments and manage dependencies to keep teams delivering effectively Coach teams on Agile best practices and support maturity growth Communicate status, risks, and progress to stakeholders across the organization Insight Global is seeking an Infrastructure Console Scrum Master for a top financial services client. This role plays a critical part in supporting Agile delivery across infrastructure and automation platforms. The Scrum Master will partner closely with Product and Engineering leaders to drive alignment, improve delivery outcomes, and foster continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is an experienced Agile practitioner who excels at facilitation, coaching, and enabling high performing cross functional teams within complex enterprise environments. Skills and Requirements 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead in technology and/or product development environments Strong hands on knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification Proven experience partnering with Product Management and Engineering teams to drive roadmap execution Demonstrated ability to use data, metrics, and reporting to improve delivery quality and outcomes Strong facilitation, coaching, and servant leadership skills Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across technical, product, and business stakeholders Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, evolving environment Qualified candidates will receive consideration for employment regardless of their race, color, ethnicity, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, marital status, national origin, ancestry, genetic factors, age, disability, protected veteran status, military or uniformed service member status, or any other status or characteristic protected by applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances.
