Andalusia School is seeking a dynamic and experienced Principal to lead our growing academic community in Yonkers, NY.
We are a New York State–certified private Islamic school serving over 300 students from Pre-K through 12th grade, committed to academic excellence and the development of strong Islamic character and values.
Position Overview:
The Principal will provide strategic leadership, oversee daily school operations, support faculty development, and ensure high standards of academic achievement and student growth.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience as a Principal or Assistant Principal preferred
• Master’s degree or higher in Education or a related field
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Commitment to student success and character development
• Familiarity with Islamic school environments preferred
