Position Pay : $22.60 / hour Shift : 4:00 am – 12:30 pm This position performs various tasks associated with cleaning production equipment and general work area. Responsibilities may include internal sanitation of blending and filling equipment to ensure product quality and equipment reliability, external sanitation such as sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing, and the completion of documentation to record sanitization duties. Physical requirements: lifting/carrying 20–45 pounds repeatedly, lifting/handling containers of 30–40 pounds, pulling cleaning equipment, kneeling, climbing, crawling, bending, standing and crouching. The role may require working weekends or holidays. Primary Accountabilities Perform cleaning and organizing duties as assigned Maintain all safety and food safety standards Perform other production duties as directed, e.g., line operator tasks Use cleaning devices and/or chemical agents to sanitize production equipment or environment Operate vehicles such as floor scrubbers or forklifts as needed Maintain regular, reliable, and predictable attendance Basic Qualifications 18 years of age or older Helpful Experience Experience with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies (acidic, caustic, degreaser chemicals, foamers, scrubbers, pressure washers, steam machines, stainless steel, conveyors, etc.) Reading and applying standard operating procedures and workflow documentation Practicing Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) including PPE use, personal hygiene, and safety procedures Preparing documentation such as work details and process flows Working safely with industrial chemicals (label reading, mixing, selecting correct chemicals) Operating a forklift (basic maneuvers, lifting, lowering, navigation in tight areas) Equal Opportunity Employment All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.
