Location: Coppell, TX Job Id: 279 # of Openings: 2 Pay Rate: Up to $29.00 / hr (Depending on experience and qualifications) Job Type: Contractor (Fixed Full-Time / 12 Months with high possibility of extension) Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, 10 days Paid Time Off (PTO), and NPTO support (provided after probationary period) Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. Role Summary The Materials Management Specialist will be responsible for inventory control, demand forecasting, and scheduling incoming phone repair and packaging materials for our Coppell facility. This role involves monitoring inventory levels, analyzing future supply needs, and coordinating delivery schedules (ETA) with domestic and international partners. Utilizing strong Excel capabilities, the specialist will track material master data, enter new model entries (SKUs), and generate reports to ensure a seamless supply chain flow. Top Skills Data Entry & Excel Proficiency: High numeracy and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivoting, filters, data manipulation) to handle high-volume material tracking and reporting. Inventory & Demand Analysis: Strong analytical mindset to evaluate repair demand forecasts and initiate precise purchase orders to maintain optimal stock levels. Scheduling & Coordination: Excellent communication and organizational skills to schedule material arrivals and coordinate closely with cross-functional partners. Key Responsibilities Inventory & Packaging Management: Monitor real-time inbound and outbound activities for phone repair parts and associated packaging materials; maintain optimal safety stock levels to prevent operational bottlenecks. Material Sourcing & Demand Analysis: Analyze upcoming repair volume forecasts to calculate material requirements and execute accurate purchase orders for timely delivery. Inbound Scheduling & ETA Tracking: Coordinate and schedule inbound shipments from domestic and global partners; maintain and update the incoming delivery calendar. New Model SKU & Data Entry: Manage system setup and entry for newly introduced smartphone models, ensuring accurate SKU creation and capturing initial inbound/outbound material flows. Excel Reporting & Database Maintenance: Process, analyze, and update material tracking sheets and schedules daily utilizing MS Excel, delivering accurate and real-time reports to leadership. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree or higher preferred (majors in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields are a plus). Experience: Entry-level candidates with strong analytical potential are welcome to apply; 1–2 years of experience in materials management, logistics, purchasing, or SCM is preferred. Technical Skills: Must have high proficiency in MS Excel (formula logic, pivot tables, data structuring). Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry is strictly required.
