This position is based in Wendell, NC., with remote opportunities. As a Business Excellence Professional – Salesforce.com Business Analyst , you will lead a high volume of digitalization projects that improve efficiency, drive results, and deliver an exceptional experience for internal customers. Partnering with business leaders, IT, and functional SMEs, you’ll translate business priorities into transformation roadmaps and guide projects from analysis through adoption. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to thrive in an agile environment. Additionally, this individual will play a key role in process analysis and documentation for the Salesforce platform. Responsibilities Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, identifying and solving business challenges. Lead small-to-medium projects and drive high-impact transformation initiatives. Develop road maps, change management, and communication plans. Improve and standardize processes, creating metrics to track efficiency and effectiveness. Support with Salesforce integrations. Build relationships across teams to influence decisions and ensure project success. Review, analyze, and document functionality in a highly customized instance of Salesforce. Support delivery, agile, and risk management best practices. You’ll make an impact by Define and Groom User Stories: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define user stories, and write clear, actionable acceptance criteria for our Salesforce.com instance, ensuring alignment with business needs and objectives. Analyze Data: Perform data analysis to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement within Salesforce.com processes, providing actionable insights to support decision-making and optimize business performance. Develop Work Instructions: Create, update, and maintain detailed work instructions and process documentation for end users, ensuring that workflows are understood and followed across all business functions. Troubleshoot and Provide Support: Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for users encountering issues with Salesforce.com, system integrations, addressing problems related to system functionality, data integrity, and process flow. Facilitate Integration Testing: Participate in the evaluation and implementation of multisystem integrations, predominately Salesforce.com & SAP. Collaborate: Meet with business stakeholders to analyze and document existing processes, identifying key pain points and areas for improvement. Guidance and Support: Help individuals with questions on case creation, offering step-by-step instructions and troubleshooting to ensure accurate and efficient case entry. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience 2+ years of experience with the following: Process Management experience Project Management experience Knowledge and use of Salesforce.com and/or understanding of complex manufacturing environments Advanced experience in process diagraming using MS Visio or similar tools Professional verbal and written communication skills in English Autonomous work Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship Preferred Qualifications Salesforce.com Certifications Salesforce.com CPQ, FSL Experience with SAP and system integrations Experience working in an Agile environment Consulting experience 61,547 105,509 #J-18808-Ljbffr Siemens
