Job Description

Build Idaho is growing and looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Listing & Transaction Coordinator to support our real estate team and clients from the moment a listing is taken through closing.

If you love checklists, timelines, and clear communication—and you enjoy seeing complex processes run smoothly—you’ll thrive in this role.

Why Join Our Team?

  • Work with an established real estate team that values systems, professionalism, and client care.
  • Play a key role in delivering a smooth experience for our buyers and sellers.
  • Be part of a supportive environment where your attention to detail and process mindset are appreciated.
Compensation:

$47,000 - $57,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do

As our Listing & Transaction Coordinator, you’ll be the backbone of our listing launch and contract-to-close process. You will:

  • Manage all administrative details for new listings, from signed agreements to “go live” on the MLS and marketing channels through our in-house platform.
  • Track and manage key deadlines for each file (inspections, financing, appraisals, contingencies, closing dates).
  • Ensure all contracts, addenda, disclosures, and supporting documents are complete, compliant, and properly stored.
  • Prepare and review files for brokerage and regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain accurate records and checklists so nothing falls through the cracks.

Listing Coordination Focus

On the listing side, you’ll own the process of bringing new listings to market:

  • Input new listing
  • Coordinate photography, staging, signs, lockboxes, and showing instructions.
  • Confirm that client and agent satisfaction is achieved through every transaction.

Your goal: help every listing go live seamlessly and on schedule.

Transaction Coordination Focus

Once a property is under contract, you’ll manage the timeline from acceptance to closing:

  • Open and organize the file, confirm contract terms and deadlines.
  • Communicate key dates, next steps, and document needs to all parties.
  • Ensure the file is fully documented, compliant, and ready for closing and post-closing review.

Your goal: keep each transaction moving forward smoothly, compliantly, and on time.

Qualifications:

What We’re Looking For

This role is ideal for someone who:

  • Is highly organized and detail-focused.
  • Can manage multiple transactions and timelines at once without losing track.
  • Communicates clearly and professionally in writing and over the phone.
  • Is comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Learns technology quickly and works well inside systems and checklists.
  • Required experience in real estate (licensed), title/escrow, lending, or a similar administrative role (minimum of 100 transactions)
