Role Overview The Program Manager serves as the senior leader responsible for directing all aspects of a large, complex federal cybersecurity program serving the National Cancer Institute (NCI). This individual provides executive-level oversight, strategic direction, and integrated coordination across multiple cybersecurity domains.
