Personal Driver & Office Support Associate

Choice Home Warranty is hiring a reliable, professional, and highly dependable individual to serve as a Personal Driver & Office Support Associate. This role involves driving an executive to and from work between Darien, CT and Edison, NJ up to four days per week, along with providing office support during non-driving hours. This position is ideal for someone who values consistency, professionalism, and enjoys a structured full-time schedule with a maximum of four working days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide safe, timely, and professional transportation in a company-provided vehicle
• Typical schedule includes pick-up at approximately 6:30 AM and return around 8:30 PM or later
• Driving required approximately 4 days per week (some weeks may be fewer)
• Maintain punctuality and adapt to occasional schedule changes
• Ensure vehicle cleanliness, maintenance awareness, and readiness at all times
• Perform office support duties between driving assignments, including light administrative, operational, or general support tasks

Requirements:

• Must reside within close proximity to Darien, CT (Stamford or Norwalk area preferred)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong reliability, punctuality, and professional demeanor
• High level of discretion, trustworthiness, and confidentiality
• Ability to assist with basic office or administrative tasks
• Flexible and adaptable to changing weekly schedules

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a personal or executive driver
• Familiarity with local routes, highways, and traffic patterns between CT and NJ
• Prior administrative or office support experience
