Job Description
Community Health Northwest Florida, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatrician to join our growing team. We are committed to providing comprehensive, accessible, and patient-centered healthcare to children and families across Northwest Florida, regardless of their ability to pay.
Position Summary
The Pediatrician will provide high-quality primary care to infants, children, and adolescents in a collaborative, team-based environment. This role includes preventive care, diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic conditions, and coordination of care with other providers and community resources.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver well-child exams, immunizations, and preventive screenings.
Diagnose and manage acute illnesses and chronic pediatric conditions.
Educate patients and families on health maintenance, growth and development, and disease prevention.
Collaborate with medical, behavioral health, and dental providers to ensure integrated, holistic care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and uphold compliance with federal, state, and organizational standards.
Qualifications
MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
Board Certified
Current Florida medical license (or ability to obtain prior to start).

Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
