We are seeking a dependable and professional OTR Driver to join our team. This position involves operating a Sprinter Van or 26-foot Box Truck (No CDL Required) to transport freight across multiple states. Drivers will be on the road 2–3 weeks at a time, ensuring timely and safe deliveries while representing our company with professionalism and reliability.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record ( No CDL Required ).
• Prior experience driving a Sprinter Van or Box Truck required.
• Must be able to lift, move, and secure freight as required.
• Strong attention to safety, detail, and time management.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Must be willing to travel and stay on the road for 2–3 weeks at a time .
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.

Duties

• Operate a Sprinter Van or 26-foot Box Truck to transport freight to various locations nationwide.
• Safely load, secure, and unload cargo as needed.
• Plan and follow efficient routes to meet delivery schedules.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance. Maintain accurate trip logs, delivery records, and mileage reports.
• Communicate regularly with dispatch regarding delivery updates, delays, or mechanical issues.
• Adhere to all local, state, and federal transportation laws, as well as company safety standards.

Experience

• Proven commercial driving experience in an OTR environment
• Minimum of 2 years of experience driving sprinter vans or box trucks
• Prior experience in load & unload operations using forklifts or other loading equipment preferred
• Ability to perform basic vehicle inspections and maintenance
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Professional attitude with strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and meet delivery schedules reliably
• Knowledge of freight handling procedures and safety protocols for transporting sensitive or hazardous materials
• Valid, non-expired DOT Card/Certification
• Demonstrated ability to drive route-driven deliveries efficiently while maintaining safety standards
