They will be responsible for designing, planning, and implementing network infrastructure projects, supporting Cisco, Juniper and Nokia equipment. This role will require an understanding of troubleshooting and performance optimization. These Engineers will be responsible for P1-P2 tickets their first year covering issues such as outages and impairments that are customer facing.The main projects will involve code upgrades, Cost Optimized Latency Aware Placement (COLAP), and customer migrations. Tasks will also include working on single customer issues. This role will be the first line of defense in troubleshooting for the Network team with team members for escalation. There will be a 3-4 month ramp up period to get ingrained in their environment with a goal of joining the Sr team members level of expertise down the road.If you are interested please apply for this role.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Charlotte, NC.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
