Job Description
Position: Medical Reception
Hours: Mon-Fri, 8AM-4PM (or 10AM-6PM if closer)
or if they Close 10-6
Benefit Summary: 2 weeks PTO, 401k, 100% contribution to healthcare & dental after 1 year
Start: ASAP to begin training on software and scheduling. Uses Chiro Touch chiropractic software.
DAILY DUTIES:
Answer incoming calls, schedule patients, input new patients, process patient copays (training provided). Process insurance claims (training provided).
QUALIFICATIONS:
Seeking a warm, bubbly personality to greet patients. Must be able to multitask and work in a busy office environment. Scheduling experience is highly preferred. Must be a quick learner and comfortable learning computer systems.
