Job Description
HIGH VOLUME/FAST-PACED pediatrics office in Opelousas seeking an experienced, qualified professional for our front office. Must be available Monday through Friday 8am-5pm.
Medical office experience (outside of externship) is REQUIRED-no exceptions!
Job Duties include but not limited to:
Utilizing EHR to schedule appointments and complete check in and check out process quickly and efficiently: (ECW experience preferred)
Answering high volume multi-line phones
Faxing and scanning
Submitting/processing medical records release
Must be able to multi-task and work independently
Pediatric experience is a plus!
