Lancaster County Podiatry is seeking a reliable, organized, and motivated team member to assist with both clinical and front office duties across multiple locations (Ephrata, Lititz, New Holland) Monday -Friday. Pay is based on experience.

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual
• Friendly and professional with patients
• Comfortable multitasking, and is detail-oriented
• Quick learner who can pick up new systems, workflows, and procedures with minimal training
• Able to shift between front desk and clinical tasks
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Prior medical office or medical assistant experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Room patients and obtain vitals, medical history, and chief complaints
• Prepare and clean treatment rooms
• Prepare examination rooms, sterilize equipment, and assist with minor procedures such as X-ray imaging
• Assist with orthotics, DME, and basic clinical support
• Answer phone calls, make appointments, collect co-pays and payments, verify insurance and update patient information
• Check patients in and out
• Consistent attendance and dependability are very important for this role
