Address : 190 Prospect Avenue, Elmhurst, IL 60126.Note: online applications accepted only. Schedule : Full time schedule; Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Occasional weekends and nights throughout the semester. More details upon interview. Requirement : Prior experience in social media, graphic design (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign), or similar design software), proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience in event planning or marketing is preferred. Creates and coordinates content for social media, print, digital signage, and marketing initiatives. Assists with planning and execution of campus events, promotions, and retail marketing campaigns. Supports student marketing ambassadors and collaborates with dining and campus partners. Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while adapting to changing priorities. Pay Range: $23.00 per hour to$25.00 per hour. Job Summary Summary: The position entails a need for excellent communication skills; ability to multi-task on a variety of projects simultaneously, accurate distribution of pertinent information both internally to all departments as well as to clients and related vendors. Excellent client skills in presentation and marketing ability. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Assist management staff in preparing confidential employment and labor relations documents, including but not limited to proposed disciplinary notices. Assist with staffing, including finding staff when employees call out on short notice. Work effectively and maintain good working relationships with co-workers, school personnel, administrators, student's parents and Supervisor. Complete and maintain accurate and up to date records of students eligible for free and reduced priced lunches if applicable. Coordinates content needed for marketing initiatives. Works within provided budgets and guidelines. Works with vendors and agencies. Attend in-service and/or safety meetings as required. Coordinates field marketing requests and activities. Assists with presentations and proposals. Maintain clean and safe work environment; ability to perform job safely. Performs other duties as assigned.
