Finance & Accounting Manager – Cash Management & Payments Prudential’s Corporate Treasury is hiring a Manager to join the Cash Management & Payments team. The role requires a strong knowledge of Kyriba, analytical expertise, an outcomes‑driven mindset, and a personal sense of accountability. The position is hybrid, requiring on‑site presence on a recurring basis as determined by the business. Responsibilities Cash Management – Oversee daily cash positioning and short‑term liquidity forecasting to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational and strategic needs. Payment Operations – Manage payment processes across multiple rails (SWIFT, Fedwire, ACH, etc.) and coordinate electronic funds transfers with subsidiaries and business units. Treasury Systems & Process Improvement – Optimize the Treasury Management System and related processes, prioritize opportunities, and lead automation and efficiency enhancements. Reporting & Analytics – Provide insights to senior management for strategic decision‑making and support ad‑hoc reporting and projects. Leadership – Lead and mentor a team of treasury professionals, delegate tasks effectively, foster a collaborative high‑performance environment, and champion continuous learning and digital enablement. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CTP or CFA preferred). 10+ years of treasury experience, ideally in a multinational environment. Strong knowledge of cash management and payment regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to work flexible hours depending on business needs. Proficiency with Kyriba. Benefits Salary range: $114,500.00 – $188,900.00 (yearly bonus potential at every level). Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability insurance.
