Steamboat Association Management has a unique opportunity to fill the role of Landscape Manager where you will use your skills while working with a close team of local maintenance landscaping professionals to help us maintain our properties.
$30-36/hr DOE (annual $62,400 - $74,880 equivalent)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The Landscape Maintenance Manager is responsible for scheduling and managing daily operations, supervising crews, maintaining quality standards, and identifying opportunities to expand services through client needs and property evaluations.
Implements and oversees a training program for the landscaping department to ensure all staff members have a level of competency consistent with the duties we perform.

Education/Experience:
Minimum of one-year direct supervision or equivalent work experience.
Language Ability:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Math Ability:
Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
Computer Skills:
Basic computer skills are required. Use of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel and Word are preferred.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the maintenance team.
