Float LPN Position – South Carolina Upstate Area Required to work at multiple locations within the upstate South Carolina market. Reports to Associate Operations Director and is supervised by the Center Administrator at each location. Onsite outpatient clinic setting. Responsibilities Assess patient health problems and needs Take vital signs Administer medication Develop and implement nursing care plans Maintain electronic medical records Advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management Required Qualifications Current licensure as an LPN in South Carolina At least 2 years of experience as an LPN This role is patient-facing and part of Humana’s TB screening program; TB screening required if selected for this role Preferred Qualifications Bilingual Phlebotomy experience Experience with Electronic Medical Records Experience with HEDIS Schedule and Pay Scheduled weekly hours: 40 Pay Range: $48,900 - $66,200 per year (may vary based on geographic location and individual qualifications).
