Main Responsibilities Supervises and monitors access system, intrusion/fire alarms, emergency phones and CCTV system Manages all incoming telephone communications from complex Responsible for communicating emergency information to DC Security Operations Maintains an activity log documenting all information relevant to tasks performed Reviews all shift paperwork for completeness and accuracy, also responsible for proper filing Maintains records, and creates access related to the complex card access system Conducts maintenance audits of security equipment (e.g., CCTV, alarm systems) Assist with Security Investigations and provide detailed information to DC Management regarding card access and CCTV video Documents all Loss Prevention activities at the gates/lobbies as required by established procedures Completes incident reports to document Security Loss Prevention related issues; forwards reports to Security management for follow‑up Responsible for emergency notification to Police and Fire departments, and dispatching security personnel for emergency response Monitors Yard Management System (PINC) making needed adjustments Monitors and adjusts all inbound and outbound complex traffic, using Google Documents Performs other related duties as assigned Answers telephone calls, tactfully handles inquiries and transfers to appropriate party Qualifications Customer Service experience required Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and Security CCTV System Knowledge required Ability to work independently and to handle situations in the absence of the Loss Prevention Supervisor Sound judgment in decision making and problem solving Strong conflict resolution skills Ability to work effectively with all levels of associates and management Strong interpersonal skills Ability to lead and influence others High degree of initiative; proven team player with excellent customer service skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Must be able to manage confidential information Must be able to multitask Benefits Competitive wages paid weekly Access to up to 50% of earned wages before payday, via partnership with Stream Associate discounts Health and financial well‑being benefits for eligible associates (Medical, Dental, 401k, and more) Time off (vacation, holidays, sick pay).
