Remote Live Chat Agent

We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Remote Live Chat Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide professional customer support through live chat, email, and online messaging platforms, ensuring customers receive prompt, accurate, and friendly assistance.

As the first point of contact for many customers, you will answer questions, resolve concerns, provide product and service information, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, billing, and account-related questions.
• Resolve customer concerns while maintaining a positive and courteous attitude.
• Escalate complex inquiries to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Document customer interactions accurately using CRM and ticketing systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service, live chat, help desk, retail, or call center experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent written communication and grammar skills.
• Strong typing speed with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
