Top performers here earn $1,800 to $2,400+ per week on a base plus tiered commission that pays more the more you produce. New to Medicare? That's fine. Our client welcomes licensed agents who are newer to the space, as long as you complete AHIP certification before your start date. What You'll Earn Base pay: $18.00/hour, guaranteed Realistic weekly earnings: $1,200 to $2,400+, driven by your production Tiered commission that scales with volume: 10 to 13 deals: $40 per deal 14 to 17 deals: $50 per deal 18 to 21 deals: $60 per deal 22+ deals: $70 per deal Additional weekly bonuses and incentives that can boost earnings as well.
